Terms of Service

Orders

At Halya Wedding, we want to ensure a smooth ordering process for our customers. Please carefully review the following terms before placing an order:

  • Make sure the email address you provide is correct, as this is where we will send your artwork proof.
  • Double-check your order quantity and consider ordering approximately 10 extra invitations to accommodate last-minute guest additions or keepsakes.
  • Once an order has been sent to print, we cannot modify or add to it. Any additional orders will be subject to our minimum order quantity.
  • Production will begin only after we have received your written design approval.
  • After design approval, your entire order will proceed to the printing phase. Before shipping, we will send you a photo of your printed products as confirmation. This is not a mock-up; it confirms that your items have been produced.

Design Process & Proofing

  • By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email prompting you to provide personalized details for your design.
  • Please carefully proofread all text before submitting it, as we will use this exact wording for your design.
  • Your order includes three rounds of digital proofs. The first proof will be based on the exact wording provided in your order.
  • If revisions are needed, you will have two additional proofs included in your order. Further revisions beyond this limit will be charged $75 per proof, which must be paid before additional proofs are provided.
  • Changes to fonts, layout, or design elements must be discussed before placing your order.
  • Once design approval is given, the printing process begins, and further changes will be subject to additional costs.

Turnaround Times

  • Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for designing and printing your order.
  • The production timelines stated on product pages apply only after design approval.
  • The first proof will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your completed form.
  • Any revision requests will extend the timeline. Delays in providing feedback may also affect turnaround times.
  • Once the design is approved:
  • Digital printing takes 5-7 business days plus shipping.
  • Letterpress or foil printing takes 7-10 business days plus shipping.
  • Custom or intricate orders may require additional time.

Product Availability

  • We cannot guarantee that all paper and envelope options will be available at the time of your order, especially during peak wedding season. If a specific material is unavailable, we will recommend a suitable alternative.

Guest Addressing

  • If you request guest addressing, you must provide an Excel spreadsheet formatted according to our provided template.
  • Carefully proofread all names and addresses before submitting the spreadsheet.
  • If more than 5 changes are required after submission, you will need to provide a revised spreadsheet, and a $75 reformatting fee will apply.
  • To avoid extra charges, ensure your address list is final before submission.

Shipping

Returns & Cancellations

  • As our products are custom-made, all orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable under any circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Every order is carefully inspected and packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • If your order is damaged during shipping, Halya Wedding is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
  • Customers must inspect their order and report any damage within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for invitations that are lost or returned by the postal service after you have sent them to your guests.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and designs remain the exclusive property of Halya Wedding.
  • Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the provided artwork.
  • The final artwork files are not included in your purchase and cannot be bought separately.
  • We reserve the right to publish images of your invitations or wedding goods on our website and social media.
  • The names of the fonts used in our designs are confidential and will not be disclosed to protect our intellectual property.

Errors & Corrections

  • Customers are responsible for thoroughly checking their digital proofs before providing final approval.
  • Halya Wedding is not liable for spelling, grammatical, or design errors that were approved by the customer.
  • If you discover an error after receiving your order, we can arrange a reprint at an additional cost.
  • Payment for reprints due to customer errors must be made in full before reprinting begins.
  • Reprint requests will be added to our production queue and will not be prioritized over existing orders.
  • If an error occurs on our end that differs from the approved proof, we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping as a priority.
