Shipping policy

Worldwide Shipping

All Halya Wedding orders are designed, printed and shipped from our production studio in Türkiye. We ship worldwide, and you can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout:

  • Standard shipping: estimated delivery within 10-14 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

These timeframes apply to shipments to the US and EU and start once your order has been printed. Delivery to other regions may take 1-2 business days longer.

Production time: printing takes 5-10 business days depending on the print method, starting after you approve your design proof. Production time is in addition to the shipping time above.

Import Duties & Taxes (All Orders, Including the United States)

Because every order ships from Türkiye, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, in the destination country. This applies to all destinations, including the United States. These charges are set by your country's customs regulations.

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or in the total you pay at checkout.
  • Orders ship DAP (Delivered at Place): the customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes, which are collected by the carrier or customs before or upon delivery.
  • Halya Wedding is not responsible for these charges and does not cover customs fees or delays caused by customs procedures.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you would like to know the applicable fees in advance.

Delivery Dates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Halya Wedding does not offer refunds for orders that do not arrive by a specific date due to shipping or customs delays. If your event date is close, please contact us before ordering at hello@halyawedding.com so we can advise on timing and rush options.

Payment & Currency

  • All invoices are issued in USD (US Dollars).
  • Halya Wedding is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations or additional fees charged by banks or card providers.
  • Full payment must be received before the order goes into production.

Customs & Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to customs-related issues, including refusal or non-payment of import duties. For details on cancellations, returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
