Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, allowing customers to select their preferred delivery method at checkout:

• Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-14 business days.
• Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Please note: These estimated timeframes apply to shipments within the US and EU. Delivery times for other regions may vary by 1-2 business days.

Import Duties & Taxes (For EU & Non-US Buyers)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are determined by your country’s customs regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival of the package. Halya Wedding is not responsible for these charges if they apply.

• We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order.
• We do not cover customs fees or delays caused by customs procedures.
• Halya Wedding does not offer refunds for items that do not arrive by a specific date due to shipping delays.

Payment & Currency

• All invoices are issued in USD (American Dollars).
• Halya Wedding is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations or additional fees charged by banks or card providers.
• DAP (Delivery at Place): The customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon delivery.
• Full payment must be received before the order is dispatched.

Customs & Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled due to customs-related issues, including non-payment of import duties.
