Refund policy

At Halya Wedding, we strive to provide the best service and highest-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return-related expenses, including shipping fees, customs duties, and tracking costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Damage Claims Timeframe: Customers are required to check their order and report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for compensation, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred after delivery. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Some products are not eligible for returns, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the best way is to return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging—along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
