Amber was thrilled with her wedding invitations. "I'll start out by saying that the final product was beautiful," she shares. Not only does she not regret the purchase, but "quite a few of my guests have reached out to let me know how awesome they are!"
She appreciated the extra invitations sent "just in case," which was helpful. However, she noticed that "the print was a bit thick on 1-2," but it wasn't a major issue since she had more than enough for her guests.
There was a small hiccup with some of the items. "Two of my planes arrived broken; they need to include a few extras to account for this (2-3 would be good)," Amber suggests.
Communication could have been smoother. "Communication was a bit rocky, just didn't know where they wanted me to communicate—email or on —so I ended up doing both," she explains. Once she approved the proofs, "I received a proof a week-ish later and about 10 days from then I received the invitations at my house."
Amber also customized her order to include more details. "I paid extra to add an additional insert for extra info I needed to include," she mentions.
Despite some minor issues, Amber was pleased with the overall experience and loved the final product.
